- Ricotta cheese - 100 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, and 1 egg until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a small tart pan (about 15 cm in diameter).

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is lightly golden.
