  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish, chopped

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

  7. Once boiling, add the fideos and reduce the heat to a simmer.
