Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the chopped red bell pepper and cook for an additional 3 minutes until it starts to soften.
