- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Boil a pot of water and cook the fideos according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
