  • Fideos (thin pasta) - 200 grams
  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1, julienned
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the fideos according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine with the vegetables. Add the cooked fideos and toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
