- Mussels - 100 grams, cleaned
- Squid - 100 grams, sliced into rings
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the fideo pasta to the skillet, stirring well to coat it in the oil and vegetables.
