- apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- capers - 1 tablespoon, rinsed and drained
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded jackfruit, diced red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, black olives, and chopped parsley.
