  • Fresh basil - a handful
  • Parmesan cheese (optional) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create zucchini noodles (zoodles).
  2. Chop the bell pepper and halve the cherry tomatoes, then set aside.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the chopped bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
