- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 150 grams

- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the sliced green olives and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine with the olive and tomato mixture.
- If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
