  • Spinach - 100 grams

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
