- Green peas - 100 grams
- Canned tuna in water - 100 grams, drained
- Olives - 50 grams, pitted and chopped
- Greek yogurt - 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Peel the potatoes and carrots, then dice them into small cubes.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the diced potatoes and carrots. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until tender, then add the green peas for the last 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, carrots, and peas with the drained tuna and chopped olives.
