Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 600 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 2 teaspoons
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a dish, and pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
  5. Grill the ribs for about 40-50 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade, until they are caramelized and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
