- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a dish, and pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
- Grill the ribs for about 40-50 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade, until they are caramelized and cooked through.
