Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 500 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Rub the marinade all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. In a saucepan, mix the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat until just simmering, then remove from heat.
  5. Place the marinated ribs on the grill and cook for about 40-50 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
  6. During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with the tomato sauce mixture to glaze them.
  7. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Slice the ribs and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
