- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a saucepan, mix the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat until just simmering, then remove from heat.
