  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the lamb cubes, browning them on all sides for about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced red and green bell peppers, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato puree, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once the lamb is tender and the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
