Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the lamb cubes, browning them on all sides for about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red and green bell peppers, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
