- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- White wine - 100 ml
- Bay leaves - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the rabbit pieces to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and brown them on all sides for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the rabbit from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
- Return the rabbit to the skillet, add the white wine, bay leaves, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cover the skillet and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, or until the rabbit is tender.
