Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts - 300 grams

  • Pancetta - 50 grams, diced
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the diced pancetta over the Brussels sprouts.
