- desiccated coconut - 100 grams
- sweetened condensed milk - 50 ml
- granulated sugar - 30 grams
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- egg white - 1 large
- pinch of salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vanilla extract, egg white, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined and the mixture is sticky.
- Using your hands, form small balls or mounds about 2.5 cm in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cocadas are golden brown on top.
