Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Cocoa powder - 30 grams
  • Unsweetened cream cheese - 200 grams
  • Stevia or erythritol - 50 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Dark chocolate (85% cocoa) - 50 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour and cocoa powder until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetener together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
  5. Layer the bottom of two serving dishes with a thin layer of the almond flour and cocoa mixture.
  6. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the almond layer, then drizzle a bit of melted chocolate on top.
  7. Repeat the layers (almond flour mixture, cream cheese mixture, melted chocolate) until both dishes are filled, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Chill the Chocotorta in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
