- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Cocoa powder - 30 grams
- Unsweetened cream cheese - 200 grams
- Stevia or erythritol - 50 grams
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Dark chocolate (85% cocoa) - 50 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour and cocoa powder until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetener together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
- Layer the bottom of two serving dishes with a thin layer of the almond flour and cocoa mixture.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the almond layer, then drizzle a bit of melted chocolate on top.
- Repeat the layers (almond flour mixture, cream cheese mixture, melted chocolate) until both dishes are filled, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
