  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the red wine vinegar to the meat mixture and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Use your hands to shape the meat mixture into small, thin sausages, about 10 cm long.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the chistorras to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and let them rest for a minute before serving.
