- Parsnips - 300 grams

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel the parsnips and cut them into even-sized sticks, approximately 1 cm thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the parsnip sticks with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned parsnips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the parsnips are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
