  • Raw shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Lime juice - 50 ml
  • Lemon juice - 20 ml
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Cucumber - 1/2 medium, diced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Avocado - 1 small, diced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with lime and lemon juice. Ensure the shrimp are fully submerged in the juices and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  2. While the shrimp are marinating, prepare the vegetables by finely chopping the red onion, dicing the tomato, cucumber, and avocado, and chopping the fresh cilantro.
  3. Once the shrimp are ready, drain excess citrus juice and add the chopped red onion, tomato, cucumber, and cilantro to the shrimp.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
