  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Almond flour - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Cut the dogfish into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, white vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the dogfish pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  5. Remove the marinated fish from the refrigerator and drain off excess marinade.
  6. Coat each piece of fish in almond flour, ensuring an even layer.
  7. Place the coated fish pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
