Ingredients

  • Espresso - 2 shots (60 ml)

  • Cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso using your preferred method.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the almond or oat milk over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
  3. Add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using) to the milk and whisk until well combined.
  4. Remove the milk from heat and froth it using a milk frother or by whisking vigorously until foamy.
