  • Sea salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Prepare two shots of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop Moka pot, etc.).
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium-low heat until warm, but not boiling.
  3. Add the almond extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt to the warm almond milk, stirring gently to combine.
  4. If desired, add brown sugar to the almond milk mixture and stir until dissolved.
  5. Once the almond milk is heated through, remove it from the heat and froth it using a milk frother or by whisking vigorously until frothy.
