- Sea salt - a pinch
Steps
- Prepare two shots of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop Moka pot, etc.).
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium-low heat until warm, but not boiling.
- Add the almond extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt to the warm almond milk, stirring gently to combine.
- If desired, add brown sugar to the almond milk mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Once the almond milk is heated through, remove it from the heat and froth it using a milk frother or by whisking vigorously until frothy.
- Pour the hot espresso into two cups and top each with the frothed almond milk mixture.
