  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Sliced avocado - 100 grams
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 2 equal patties, making sure they are evenly shaped.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing tomatoes and avocado.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a large lettuce leaf, topping with sliced tomatoes and avocado.
  6. Wrap the lettuce around the burger like a wrap and serve immediately.
