- Ground beef (80% lean) - 300 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced tomatoes - 100 grams
- Sliced avocado - 100 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 2 equal patties, making sure they are evenly shaped.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing tomatoes and avocado.
- Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a large lettuce leaf, topping with sliced tomatoes and avocado.
- Wrap the lettuce around the burger like a wrap and serve immediately.
