  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Start by finely chopping the duck breast and placing it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, egg, and almond flour to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into two burger patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the duck patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
