- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Start by finely chopping the duck breast and placing it in a mixing bowl.
- Add minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, egg, and almond flour to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Shape the mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the duck patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings. Slice the tomato and avocado.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
