- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, cooked quinoa, chickpea flour, chopped red onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
