- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Baby spinach - 50 grams
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped Ibérico ham, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare your toppings by slicing the tomato and avocado.
- Once the burgers are done, let them rest for a couple of minutes before assembling.
- On a plate, layer the baby spinach, followed by the burger patty, slices of tomato, and avocado. Serve immediately.
