- Burger buns - 2, halved
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber - 1/2, finely chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 2
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by combining Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped cucumber in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Toast the burger buns lightly on the skillet or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lamb patty on the bottom half of each bun, topping with lettuce leaves and a generous spoonful of the yogurt sauce. Close with the top half of the bun.
