Steps
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the chistorra sausage from its casing and form it into two patties.
- Season the patties with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

- Cap with another portobello mushroom and serve immediately.
