- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Large lettuce leaves (e.g., Romaine) - 4 leaves
- Cherry tomatoes - 6, halved

Steps
- Start by boiling a pot of salted water. Once boiling, add the octopus and cook for about 20 minutes until tender.

- Once the octopus is cooked, drain and let it cool slightly before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the sliced octopus to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let it marinate for about 5-10 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the lettuce leaves by washing them thoroughly and patting them dry.
- To assemble the burgers, place a portion of the marinated octopus in the center of each lettuce leaf, top with cherry tomato halves and avocado slices.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling, securing it with a toothpick if necessary, and serve immediately.
