  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Score the skin of the duck breast in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
