Ingredients
- Lamb minced meat - 300 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Lettuce leaves - for serving
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well and form into 2 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
- While the patties are cooking, grill the zucchini, red bell pepper, and red onion slices for about 5-6 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Once the patties are done, let them rest for a couple of minutes. Assemble the burger by placing the lamb patty on a lettuce leaf, topping it with grilled vegetables and crumbled feta cheese.
