- all-purpose flour - 150 g
- medium eggs - 2
- lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

- powdered sugar - for dusting
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and quickly add the flour, stirring vigorously until the mixture forms a smooth ball.
- Let the dough cool for about 10 minutes, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. The dough should be smooth and glossy.
