  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 60 milliliters
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Powdered sugar - for dusting

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).
