  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes into the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting them into appropriate sizes.
