- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes into the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting them into appropriate sizes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
