- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, and chopped rosemary.
- Add the foamy yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Incorporate the chopped olives into the dough, kneading gently to distribute evenly.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down, and divide it into 6 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the rolls with a cloth and let them rise for another 20-30 minutes.
