  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, and chopped rosemary.
  3. Add the foamy yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Incorporate the chopped olives into the dough, kneading gently to distribute evenly.
  6. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  7. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  8. Once the dough has risen, punch it down, and divide it into 6 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
