  • olive oil - 60 milliliters
  • orange zest - 1 teaspoon
  • lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • warm water - 100 milliliters
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, warm water, vanilla extract, and zests until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
