- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- sugar - 50 grams
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- olive oil - 60 milliliters
- orange zest - 1 teaspoon
- lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- warm water - 100 milliliters
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, warm water, vanilla extract, and zests until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
