  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Slice the rustic bread into thick slices (about 2 cm each) and place them on a baking tray.
  3. In a bowl, grate the ripe tomatoes, discarding the skins, and add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the bread slices.
