Steps
- Rinse the calamari rings under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the calamari rings to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the calamari is opaque and cooked through, turning occasionally.
