  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Rinse the calamari rings under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the calamari rings to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the calamari is opaque and cooked through, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
