  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chistorra sausage to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
