- Baguette - 1 (about 250 grams)
- Roasted red peppers - 100 grams
- Fresh arugula - 50 grams
- Vegan mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Slice the seitan into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the seitan strips and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
