  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  3. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  4. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
  5. Layer the grilled chicken strips, tomato slices, and lettuce on the bottom half of the baguette.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top, then close the sandwich with the other half of the baguette.
  7. Cut the bocadillo into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
