Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
