  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Almond extract - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 30ml

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, almond extract, and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth and fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
