- Bife de Chorizo (sirloin steak) - 400 grams

- Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
