Ingredients

  • Bife de Chorizo (sirloin steak) - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, red wine vinegar, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Season the bife de chorizo with salt and black pepper on both sides.
