- Chorizo sausage - 100 grams
- Salami slices - 100 grams
- Pickled gherkins - 4 medium
- Kalamata olives - 8 whole
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 whole
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, cut into cubes
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Slice the chorizo and salami into bite-sized pieces.
- On a skewer, thread one piece of chorizo, followed by a pickled gherkin, a cherry tomato, a cube of cheddar cheese, and a salami slice. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends.
- Repeat step 2 for the second skewer.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and smoked paprika.
- Brush the skewers with the paprika olive oil mixture.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the meats are slightly crispy and the cheese begins to melt.
