  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
