  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Peas - 100 grams (fresh or frozen)
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the diced red bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the Arborio rice, allowing it to toast for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
