- Peas - 100 grams (fresh or frozen)
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the diced red bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3 minutes until softened.
