- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they are translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the brown rice to the pan, stirring well to coat the grains with the oil and flavors.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, then add the paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
