Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Incorporate the cauliflower rice, mixing well with the tomato mixture, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, mussels, and fish fillet to the skillet; stir gently to combine.
- Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
