  • Fish fillet (white fish) - 150 grams, cut into chunks
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Saffron - a pinch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, paprika, saffron, salt, and black pepper; cook until tomatoes soften.
  5. Incorporate the cauliflower rice, mixing well with the tomato mixture, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp, mussels, and fish fillet to the skillet; stir gently to combine.
  7. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
