  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon for grilling
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, egg, almond flour, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then form the mixture into 8 equal-sized meatballs.
